NEW YORK—Rice Force launched a line of natural skin care products that contain Rice Power Extract. Rice Power Extract was created by adding aspergillus, yeast and lactobacillus to rice extract, which was fermented to create a natural ingredient high in amino acids. The key ingredient is 100-percent Japanese white rice. Rice Power Extract uses only whitened and polished rice produced by removing the rice germ and rice hulls from unmilled rice. In a process that takes up to 90 days, rice is steamed and extracted, and then aspergillus, yeast and lactobacillus are added. The preparation is then fermented and aged.
Three types of Rice Power Extract are used to formulate Rice Force’s skin care products. Rice Power Extract No. 11 is included in Rice Force’s Deep Moisture Lotion, Deep Moisture Essence and Deep Moisture Cream. Rice Power Extract No. 1 builds up skin’s capacity to retain moisture to put an end to oiliness and over drying. Mild Face Wash cleanses skin yet keeps it feeling hydrated. Rice Power Extract No. 1 is added to UV Protect Milk to nourish skin while protecting against UV rays with SPF 25. UV Protect Milk is a makeup primer combined with sun protection that moisturizes skin to help makeup last longer, while protecting against powerful UV rays. It is a liquid-like lotion without streakiness or stinging. It is recommended for use during regular daily activities and low intensity exercise.
Rice Power Extract No. 2 was designed to protect and improve complexion with cleansing properties that won’t strip skin of moisture, making it suitable as a makeup remover. Make Up Remover easily dissolves and lifts away impurities and makeup yet is gentle to the skin. The gel-type Make Up Remover instantly binds to makeup and impurities for easy removal without dehydrating, for a refreshingly clean and supple finish.
