HBA Global Hosting First Virtual Trade Show


NEW YORK—HBA Global is hosting the industry’s first virtual trade event—Re-Connect—Sept. 21, 2011, offering the latest product development innovations and information. The one-day business event for global beauty and personal care manufacturers will allow attendees to learn about the latest innovations in packaging, raw materials and ingredients, and private-label services from the convenience of their desktop.

HBA’s education programming committee is also bringing new content and highlighted speakers from the “live" event to the virtual event.  The HBA Global Re-Connect educational component will platform thought leaders who have the knowledge and expertise to take product development to the next level and expand the bottom line. 

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with other virtual attendees, including exhibitors and speakers, through real-time chat forums and social networking opportunities. The virtual event will be supported by a comprehensive resource center where attendees can download product information from suppliers as well as review speaker handouts.

Founding sponsors of the event are Ampacet, a global manufacturer of color and additive masterbatches, provides consumer goods companies with unique colors and special effects for their plastic products and packaging; and TricorBraun, a source of rigid packaging, with extensive capabilities in package design and engineering, logistics and international sourcing.   Exhibitors include Auraline Beauty, Brad-Pak Enterprises, Global Packaging Inc. and PHCP Inc.
