IRVINE, Calif.—Global Beauty, a clinical-based private-label manufacturer of skincare products, introduced Barrier Repair Cream with Apple Stem Cells, an emollient and hydrating facial repair cream for over-stimulated, dry or red skin conditions. The key active proprietary ingredient, apple stem cell complex, combats chronological aging.

Rich in antioxidants, the formula protects the longevity of skin stem cells, helps reduce sun damage and soothes the skin with its anti-inflammatory agents. The active ingredient, apple stem cells, aka Malus domestica Fruit Cell Culture, is found in a rare Swiss apple tree species, which is rich in phytonutrients, proteins and long-living cells.

“We are continually working on developing new products that address the issues so important to many of our clients—obtaining radiant, youthful skin,” explained Ellen Clark, president of Ellen Clark International, parent company for Global Beauty. “Apple stem cell is the latest in highly potent ingredients that have been shown by various in-vitro experiments to regenerate skin cells.”

Other active ingredients in the formula include Japanese green tea extract, aloe vera, licorice root extract, shea butter, castor oil and mineral oil. The Barrier Repair Cream can be applied daily to the face, neck, chest, arms and back of hands.
