CARLSBAD, Calif.—Dermesse™ introduced Optimize Eye Cream, designed to address the inflammatory cause of baggy eyes, dark circles and wrinkles. The cream uses ingredients such as anti-inflammatory agents for redness, botanical extracts and enzymes to address the signs of aging, and emollients to maintain the epidermal barrier.
