IBR-Snowflake® May Reduce, Prevent Wrinkles

RAMAT-GAN, Israel—IBR Ltd.'s IBR-Snowflake®, an extract from Leucojum aestivum bulbs, effectively inhibited contraction of muscle cells thereby reducing and preventing wrinkles and fine lines appearance after 28 days. In March 2009, a clinical efficacy study conducted in France on 21 healthy female volunteers, aged 42 to 64, in a double blind, placebo-controlled, randomized hemi-face application, applied IBR-Snowflake 2 percent concentration in a simple cream base twice daily for 28 days. Analysis of fine lines, medium depth and deep wrinkles was carried using Skin Image Analyser® and PRIMOS®. The results showed 2 percent IBR-Snowflake cream induced a: significant decrease in the number of micro relief furrows (30 percent on average); decrease in 86 percent of the subjects; decrease in the number of medium depth wrinkles (15 percent on average); and a decrease in 62 percent of subjects, thus, IBR-Snowflake® found to significantly sooth the skin and reduces wrinkles.

Leucojum aestivum bulb extract (IBR-Snowflake) is part of the anti-aging technology of IBR that captures and transfers flower bulbs dormancy and rejuvenation to skin.
