Sabinsa, Goldschmidt Partner

PISCATAWAY, N.J.—Sabinsa Group formed an exclusive marketing partnership with Goldschmidt Personal Care, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Degussa GmbH, in which Goldschmidt will distribute to the personal care industry worldwide certain of Sabinsa’s standardized botanical extracts developed for cosmeceutical use. The ingredients, expected to be launched in the second half of 2007, have been developed and tested by Sabinsa’s parent company, Sami Labs Ltd. in Bangalore, India.
