mibelle biochemistry: SulforaWhite, A Skin Whitening Ingredient

09/18/2008

BUCHS, Switzerland—SulforaWhite, from mibelle biochemistry, is a liposomal preparation of Swiss garden cress sprouts rich in sulforaphane, an antioxidant phytonutrient. The whitening effect of the ingredient was proven both in vitro and in vivo studies for both Asian and Caucasian skin types. SulforaWhite inhibits pigmentation by targeting two key upstream reaction steps in the melanin cascade: neutralization of reactive oxygen species and inhibition of a natural hormone that stimulates skin pigmentation. The ingredient can be applied to formulations for brightening face and body, anti-aging with correction of age spots and pigmentation disorders and protective formulations.

Claims with SulforaWhite:

  • Inhibits melanin formation
  • Provides brightening benefits
  • Fades the appearance of dark spots and discolorations
  • Reduces the effects of daytimes stressors
  • Evens skin tone
