Croda Inc. ~ Cystine Hair Smoothing System

EDISON, N.J.—Croda Inc. introduced its Cystine Hair Smoothing System, a process that straightens all hair types including color-treated hair. Cystine creates a protective layer on the hair to restore resilience and minimize frizz. Croda's system contains no added formaldehyde, methylene glycol, no animal-derived ingredients and is less damaging than other chemical services. The system uses high concentrations of cystine and other proteins to moisturize hair during and after treatment. Croda's system contains Cystine Smoothing Shampoo, Cystine Smoothing Treatment, Protein Leave-In Conditioner and Keravis Hair Strengthening Protein Conditioner.
