HAMPSHIRE, England—Oat Cosmetics received COSMOS Natural certification for two of its products—Colloidal Oatmeal, a skin soothing ingredient with anti inflammatory properties; and Superfine Oat Flours, gelling ingredients for lotions and creams.
COSMOS certification is given to ingredients which have been successfully assessed on a number of aspects, including origin and processing of ingredients, composition of total product, and storage, manufacturing and packaging.
Both products are certified as 100-percent natural, therefore allowing them to be used in COSMOS approved products.
