DUNKIRK, N.Y. and IRVINE, Calif.—Private-label beverage company, Cott Beverages Inc., a subsidiary of Cott Corp., and ChromaDex Inc. are teaming up to jointly develop a clinically backed, proprietary ingredient blend to serve the cosmetic market. Therefore, the two companies entered into a licensing and supply agreement.
