SAN RAMON, Calif.—Heaven’s Alchemy launched a line of natural perfumes. Each perfume is undiluted and made only from pure perfume oils. They are free of alcohol, chemicals, additives, artificial colors, parabens and phthalates. Heaven’s Alchemy perfumes each have top, middle and bottom notes that develop slowly after application to the skin. In addition, the perfumes are never tested on animals.

The concept behind the Heaven’s Alchemy collection is that each fragrance is tailored to capture the essence of different cities around the world including, Casablanca, Kyoto, Alexandria, Milan, etc. The ingredients used are native or a historical aspect of each city as well as other ingredients that combine well with them to embody the character of the city. Each perfume comes in a glass bottle with an artistic-style that represents the city.

For instance, the Casablanca scent has hints of Moroccan spices, vanilla and musk, surrounding a blend of flowers, including Moroccan rose, gardenia, jasmine and tuberose. The combination of Western and Eastern design motifs of the perfume’s glass container evokes the European and Arabic influences in Casablanca’s architecture and culture. Kyoto incorporates top notes of Japanese apple, cherry blossom and melon; middle notes commanded by floral scents; and base notes of amber, musk, sandalwood and tonka bean. Kyoto’s glass container has a clean modern style with carefully placed adornment, capturing the essence of the city.

Other Heaven’s Alchemy scents include Athens, Dubai, Istanbul, New York, Paris, St. Petersburg, Zanzibar, Baghdad, Dublin, Jerusalem, Monaco and Paris.
