Boca Raton, Fla.—Eulactol USA Inc. the makers of Flexitol and Natralia brand products, announced its official corporate name change to Laderma Health USA Inc. effective Jan. 1, 2011. Eulactol has been used for a decade as the name for the company distributing Flexitol brand foot care and skincare products, and Natralia brand natural products through pharmacies, health food stores and retailers nationwide.
The Sydney-based principal company, now called Laderma Health International, has expanded globally over the past 20 years and the international product portfolio has evolved to encompass many different categories across more than 50 countries. As the individual businesses progressed, the company reached the point of needing to rebrand the group of companies and each of the individual operating entities.
Eulactol USA consists of the Flexitol, Flexitol Naturals and Natralia brands, and will undergo the company name change to Laderma Health USA,Inc. This change is a corporate rebrand only, and does not in any way affect the brands, structure, staff or ownership of the businesses.
