SOMERSET, NJ—Presperse launched Syner-C, a stabilized vitamin C derivative which combines anti-inflammatory ingredients to bring enhanced whitening efficacy to skin care applications. The role of inflammation is hyperpigmentation isn't often addressed, but the company has done so by combining it with a skin lightening ingredient to address the issue proactively and reactively.
Studies by the company has found Syner-C to inhibit melanin formation at greater amounts than stabilized vitamin C alone. Additionally, Syner-C has shown benefits ranging from increased stability, efficacy, safety, cost, corrective ability, preventative actions and more when compared to hydroquinone, arbutin, kojic acid, natural extracts (i.e., licorice, mulberry) and stabilized vitamin C.
