SÃO PAULO, Brazil—The Brazilian-based company Beraca, present in more than 40 countries worldwide, signed an agreement with DeWolf Chemical that promises to dramatically increase its distribution in the North American market.
Known as the main supplier of specialty chemicals to the personal care industry in the U.S., DeWolf will be responsible for marketing Beraca’s products in the East Coast. The Midwest will be covered by Glenn Corp., which headquarters are located in Minnesota. Despite having been acquired by DeWolf in June 2008, the company maintains an independent administrative structure.
