Levlad Taking over Quigley Ingredient

DOYLSETOWN, Pa.—Quigley Corp. signed a license with assignment of ownership agreement with Levlad LLC/Nature’s Gate, Chatsworth, Calif., for Quigley’s patented formulation QR-340. The botanically-derived compound has been clinically tested and shown to improve the appearance of scars. Under terms of the agreement, Levlad gains the ability to develop and commercialize the product with exclusivity and full ownership of the patent within five years. Levlad will pay royalty payments totaling $1.1 million to Quigley Corp. over that time.
