A green surfactant for oral care applications combines environmental sustainability with a mild and improved flavor profile;
- A mild pearlizing wax dispersion for natural hair and body cleansing formulations;
- A preservative-free active ingredient, based on gymnemic acid, for inhibiting hair follicle activity.
- A vegetal ingredient that enables prolonged and enhanced depilation benefits.
In addition, Cognis will give a presentation, “Green Chemical Solutions—New ‘Green’ Raw Material Concepts as Key to Success for Consumer Brands,” at the Cosmetic Science Conference on April 16. Iris Hütter will discuss the challenges involved in developing green ingredients and formulation for different market segments.
