Soliance Opens U.S. Ops

PARIS—Soliance created a subsidiary, Soliance U.S. Corp., designed to strengthen its position in the growing U.S. market. The company has been marketing its active ingredients, including Vegetan (dihydroxyaceteon) and hyaluronic acid (HA), for 10 years. However, the new U.S. division will cover marketing, sales and technical support on the ground and fuel further growth. Paolo Marchesi, previously in charge of Soliance Export activities, was tapped as vice president of sales and chief operating officer for Soliance U.S. Corp.
