Bioactive Resources Now Offers Indian Botanicals

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J.—Bioactive Resources has extended its “phytoextracts” line of products to include Indian herbal extracts, phytochemicals and oleoresins manufactured by Mumbai, India-based K. Patel Phytoextractions (KPPE). This partnership will bring quality Indian herbal extracts to the North American marketplace. Bioactive, a premix formulator and supplier of herbs, spices, fruits and vegetable extracts, and botanical ingredients, will store the Indian-made products at its South Plainfield, N.J. warehouse and will market the ingredients locally, according to quality assurance and control standards required by the American market.

KPPE is a world class facility that produces food and pharma grade materials, with certification and accreditations from ISO, GMP, halal and kosher. Its processing capacity can reach 2,000 metric tons per year, with modern and efficient extraction, distillation systems, reaction vessels, filtration and separations, chromatographic columns and dryers.
