What do vitamin A, B, C, E, calcium, potassium and amino acids have in common? According to a recent post by Stephanie Caleo they can all help ward off cellulite. What woman doesn’t absolutely disdainfully detest cellulite? The dreaded fatty tissue accumulation can be better managed with nutrition, like most things, and here are a few recommended vitamins for cellulite:

Vitamin A, B, C and E—Vitamins A and C are antioxidants that can help make cellulite less visible, and vitamin C stimulates collagen growth; B vitamins strengthens connective tissue in the skin; and vitamin E also fights off free radicals and helps manage vitamin A in the body.

Calcium—Helps “bury" fat possibly improving cellulite by managing excess fat.

Potassium—Bananas are famous for their potassium content, and this mineral balances electrolytes and reduces excess fluid

Amino Acids—Another collagen booster

Is this a sure fire way to prevent cellulite? No. But anything helps, right?
